The price of our products is determined primarily by the size and the finish. barbecook® offers high quality charcoal and gas barbecues starting at only € 60 and € 250 respectively. What is the warranty on my barbecook® product? |

All products come with a two-year warranty on all manufacturing defects. Note that the warranty does not cover any damage arising out of the use of the product. Such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect. |

If your barbecook® no longer functions properly, you need to take the appliance and the proof of purchase to the dealer where you bought the appliance. They will then contact our after sales service. |

You can also order spare parts at our points of sale. First you have to identify the reference number of the spare part. To do so, click on the menu service > spare parts, go to your barbecue model and search for the spare part and the reference number. Then pass this reference number on to a barbecook® dealer in your area, who will supply the spare part from his stock or order it from us. |
